IronPythonに限ったことじゃないけど、IronPythonでWinforms触ってたら避けられない問題なので。組込み関数のsuperを使う。

if __name__ == "__main__":
	Application.Run(HogeForm())

Form.WndProc(self, m)

でも動くけど推奨されていないみたい。
